Wen are retrieving some information of user but not sharing this information with anybody. All of this information is optional, user can use the whole app without any inputs being put. Following are things that app needs to know about the user:

Name
This is optional & is used to distinguish between the customers.

Location & Address
This is optional & is used, if we may need to guide the user about the path to our store. 

Phone
This is optional & is used, if we may need to make call so that we can guide the user about our services and location.
